Abstracts must be submitted by the deadline date of 30 July 2009. All authors must also submit a short biography (maximum 150 words) in addition to their abstract. If accepted, authors will be asked to submit a full paper by 16 November 2009 to ensure publication requirements are met.
Please read the following instructions carefully before preparing your abstract. All abstracts must be prepared as per the guidelines provided. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted correctly by the deadline to be considered for presentation.
All submissions will be subject to review before being accepted for presentation at the Conference and publication in the Congress Proceedings. In addition, we are offering academic authors the opportunity to have their papers fully refereed if required. Refereed papers will be clearly identified in the Conference Proceedings.
In the case of refereed papers, authors are requested to submit their abstract as early as possible, however 9 July 2009 will be the deadline. Acceptance notification for authors of refereed papers will be received by 31 July 2009. Authors of papers accepted for refereeing will then need to submit a full paper by 29 September 2009. Should a refereed paper not meet the criteria of the referees, it may be presented as a non-refereed paper.
All oral presentations will be allocated to the most relevant section in the Conference program by the Program Committee. The presentation format will depend on the nature of the allocated session.
